Another job well done...
Gerard Daniels move into prestige new London offices fitted out by Gifford Grant. Gerard Daniels’ new home is in a large period property near St James’ Park and offers excellent work space.
The fit-out included creating offices and meeting rooms, new staff welfare facilities including tea point and breakout area, comms room, separate demise for subletting and all new furniture throughout. More automotive industry success...
Gifford Grant is awarded another prestigious project to create a new vintage Aston Martin and Alfa Romeo service centre. The project includes specialist resin flooring, new doors and roller shutters, partitions, roof lining, power, lighting, heating and vehicle lifts.
Project completion is on target for the end of August.
Our Charitable Side
Phase 1 completed for Oxford based Christian charity Innovista. The fit-out project, on completion of Phase 2, will provide offices, meeting facilities, staff room, kitchen, breakout area, comms and storage.

Recognising that Gifford Grant has the in-house skills and support, Gomaco has appointed it to provide an annual property maintenance programme. This includes regular gas and electrical safety checks, air conditioning servicing, roller shutter safety checks and servicing and regular roof gutter maintenance. Golf Championship 2010
It was hardly the Scottish Open... but another hugely successful Gifford Grant Golf Championship was enjoyed by all! Played in dazzling sunshine at Chobham Golf Club, a number of prizes were awarded for some outstanding play, including Gary Rose of Rapid Office Systems winning the competition!
