The project management team is responsible for the careful planning of the works, ordering materials, sourcing labour, strict budget control and quality control, with a meticulous attention to detail, while ensuring all work meets current building control and fire regulations. There will be ongoing and regular consultation and communication between the client, the project team and specialist trades.
