We take on the responsibility, via client briefings and building surveys, to ensure that the design will prove fit for the client’s purpose, and work efficiently to a fixed budget. 

Design, when integrated with construction, produces finished projects more quickly by removing all gaps in communication and control. In addition, Gifford Grant designers only specify components and materials that are available to meet the deadlines, removing a frequent cause of delay.

All design, structural, statutory and surveying fees are included in each proposal and quotation. There are no additional charges.

Because Gifford Grant takes 'ownership' of the fit-out or refurbishment from start to finish its clients are free to focus on their business!
