Whether you are looking for a VRV system, chiller beam or split cassette units, we will design and install the system for you, taking into account existing heating and ventilation systems where applicable. Where ceiling cassettes or wall mounted units are not suitable, more discreet systems can be installed.
Full consultation is carried out with our clients to consider the best location for the external equipment and landlord's approval arranged where necessary.
We provide a full after care service and maintenance contracts on all air conditioning installations, whether a stand alone installation or part of a refurbishment, fit out of design and build contract.
With the increase in capital allowance announced in the budget, now is the time to invest in your future. Are you aware of upcoming changes to the law when it comes to your air-conditioning systems?
By the end of 2009 the use of virgin R22 refrigerant will be banned, but it will be permissible to use recycled R22 for maintenance purposes until the end of 2014. However, there is no guarantee on the quality and availability of the refrigerant, and suppliers are predicting that stocks of recycled R22 will become almost non-existent from 2010. This gas also consumes considerably more energy than its replacements.
