Noble Energy - Office fit out and refurbishment - Sevenoaks, Kent

Having considered relocation, Noble Energy decided to stay in their Sevenoaks, Kent offices, take an additional floor and refurbish three floors of office space.

Noble Energy selected Gifford Grant to carry out the work not only because it put together the best design and specification package, but also for its ability to successfully manage the entire refurbishment on the client's behalf.

 

As the project was to be carried out while the offices were occupied, a phased schedule with tight deadlines was implemented, and rigidly adhered to.

The space was very dated and required a complete strip out prior to implementing a total design solution to provide attractive and practical facilities.

A new reception was created incorporating a bold statement of the corporate brand on a feature wall behind a new oak veneer reception desk. Boardroom, meeting rooms, breakout areas, tea-points, comms room, executive offices and open plan areas were included in the scheme and offer a practical and flexible environment. Hand picked Sven Christiansen furniture, storage wall and seating complete the prestige corporate office.
