When Gerard Daniels secured space in a large period property near St James Park,
London, its MD turned to its acquiring agent for advice on fit-out. Richard Fenton of
Richard Henry and Co. recommended several
design and build practices and
Gifford Grant was selected to design,
fit-out and furnish the new space.

The workspace needed to be attractive yet practical, and provide a combination of work areas and client facing meeting areas. The project included creating cellular rooms with silicon jointed framless partitions, new staff tea point and breakout area, a sublet area for a European affiliate entering the UK market, boardroom, further meeting facilities and a dedicated comms room. New furniture was supplied and installed as part of the project.
The fit-out was carried out on a fast track three week programme with successful completion and handover taking place on time and within agreed budgets.
