US goods sweeten Guildford High Street
An exciting retail enterprise has made the bold move to the high street. When The Stateside Candy Co identified its first town centre store in White Lion Walk, Guildford, it turned to Gifford Grant for its expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment.
GG designed the overall store concept, the bespoke furniture, specified an interactive 3D floor, and project managed the fit-out, electrical and data installations on a fast track programme. Click here to read more
A fit-out, fit for our furry friends...
in the form of a brand new veterinary practice for Oak Barn Vets in Shalford, Surrey. The challenge of creating a modern practice within a grade two listed barn was an exciting one for Gifford Grant. State of the art operating and x-ray facilities, modern attractive reception and retail area, consulting room, cattery and kennels were all designed to work seamlessly with the oak structure of the barn. Gifford Grant does a Magic job...
for Magic Software Enterprises in Bracknell, Berkshire. Moving from tired offices to a brand new purpose built space, Magic was keen to engage a fit-out company that was not only cost effective but also had good design ideas.
Gifford Grant was engaged at an early stage to design, specify and project manage the work which includes meeting facilities with A/V systems, staff welfare facility, open plan offices and Directors’ suites. New walnut furniture complements the full height walnut doors and contrasts the oak furniture in the open plan area.
Other projects recently completed include:
· New London offices for British Soft Drinks Association;
· Refurbishment of Chantrey Vellacott DFK’s 5th floor offices in London WC1;
· Additional fit-out work at Nice Systems, Hedge End;
· Office construction for Sonardyne, Yateley Surrey.
